Java Control Panel : Clicking on java.sun.com does not bring up the browser

      OS - Solaris Sparc, Solaris x86

      Steps to reproduce
      Install jdk6.0 b-14
      Bring up the Java Control Panel.
      Click on About button
      Click on the link java.sun.com
      Nothing happens, the browser does not come up.

      This problem only happens on Solaris Sparc and Solaris x86. Windows and Linux are fine.
