Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Launch Java control Panel/Java Application Cache viewer
2) Browse tabs through <LEFT>/<RIGHT> arrow key

When focussed on different tab positions, tab does not change unless "space bar" is pressed for each focus.


Expected Behavior:

Tab has to change when focussed to different tab positions
