[cinnabar] java web start doesn't theme correctly

      Steps to reproduce
      ++++++++++++++++++
      Change the theme to Crux or to Mist
      Click on any of the menu items (e.g file)

      Bug
      The text will change colour to white and you will not be able to see what it says (see screenshot)
