Appletviewer is missing when JDK and included JRE installed in the same directory

Platform: Windows

Build: JDK 1.6.0_b17

Steps to reproduce:

1) Install jdk bundle in a choosing directory, such as: C:\SunJava

2) The installer first installs jdk in C:\SunJava
At this point, you can find <appletviewer.exe> under C:\SunJava\bin\

3) Continueing with the installation of the jre (included in jdk bundle above)
in the SAME directory C:\SunJava

4) Finishing the installation. Now, the <appletviewer.exe> is no longer there
It is deleted.

This is a common case end users might do. They try to install the new Sun Java in the same directory. Users expect to find the appletviewer after installing the jdk but they do not in this case.
