AMD64: reduce optimization level on thread.cpp from -xO3 to -xO2

      The SS10 amd64 compiler has a bug such that the use of -xO3 to
      compile thread.cpp causes the nsk jni tests to fail. Backing
      off to -xO2 fixes the problem.
