Test 4967812 fails with 1.5.0_02 but passes with 1.5.0_01-b08 for 64bit JDK.

JDK : 1.5.0_02 all builds with 64 bit JDK only.

    Copy the attached file, ScaleImgTest.java compile and run with 1.5.0_02 any build. Test will fail with the following error.
