All of the constructors for Frame in J2SE except public Frame(GraphicsConfiguration gc) state that they create a new "initially invisible" Frame. Frame(GraphicsConfiguration) just says "Create a Frame with the specified GraphicsConfiguration of a screen device."

This should probably be changed to say "Constructs a new, initially invisible Frame object with the specified GraphicsConfiguration of a screen device."
