Currently the j2se/make/common/Sanity.gmk file only checks to make
sure that the jvmti.h file from h otspot matches the one SCCS'd into the
j2se workspace.

It also needs to chack on the files jni.h, jvm.h, jni_md.h, and jmm.h.
