A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
The control panel plugin's "Update" page shows the time and date of the last update at the bottom of the page (left to the "Update Now" button).

In the German locale, date and time values are interchanged (time is shown at the place where date is expected and vice versa).

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Open the control panel plugin "Java".
Switch to "Update" page.
Look at the bottom of the dialog.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
It should read

"Java Update wurde zuletzt am 17.01.05 um 07:32 ausgeführt."

(what would be in English: "Java Update was executed last on 01/17/05 at 07:32.")
ACTUAL -
Actually it reads

"Java Update wurde zuletzt am 07:32 um 17.01.05 ausgeführt."

(what would be in English: "Java Update was executed last on 07:32 at 01/17/05.")

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
