Need testcase for user supplied transport whose dll/so is outside the jdk install area

Bug 6220618 demonstrates that we are missing some tests here.

The library search logic isn't really tested without having some .so or .dll
located outside the jdk install area. A small testcase demonstrating the use
of a user supplied transport would test this, plus more.
Could best be implemented as a demo, with a few small testcases testing the
demo.
