Browser hangs while running Plugin Reliability test

Tested OS : Windows XP
Tested Browser : IE 6.0

Steps to reproduce :

1. In the client machine, install browser IE 6.0
2. Install JRE Mustang build 21
3. Launch StressTests.html from /net/sqindia.india/export/disk10/j2se/TIGER_DTF/DTF/knight_ws/suites/1.5.0_UR/deployment/tests/stress/plugin-default folder in the browser
The test will be running perfectly for about 5 to 6 hrs (approximately). After that, the browser will hang.

Note : Tried running after increasing the heap size but still the same problem exists.
First time the browser hangs during Test_Public_Byte_Field test, Second time in Test_Public_Short_Method test. Unable to proceed further.

Running tests using Administrator user.

I've started the tests after increasing the heap size -Xms60m -Xmx120m, still it hangs after some time.
