API bug - setting a forwarder on a started rmi connector server has no effect

      Once an rmi connector server is started. Setting a forwarder on it has no effect and raise no error. The connector remains fully functional but the
      forwarder is never called.

      When an MBeanServerForwarder is set in the RMIConnnectorServer it is
      properly propagated to the RMIServerImpl instance.
