Steps to reproduce:
1. go to java.com/getjava and start the auto install for 5.0u1
2. It will show a brief jinstall animation and then it will go away right before the user sees it.
We are showing the jinstall animation as we download the 738Byte xml file. This is instantaneous, so we do not need to show the dialog. The dialog shows so fast that you can't even tell what it is, but it happens on every auto-download.
