RFE:Unix/Linux native Input method code consildation

      One significant problem of the current Unix/Linux input method code in native side makes a lot of different cases for XAWT and Motif case. A lot of code could be refactored and rewritten in Java. This will illiminate a lot of overheads and improve the readability of the code.
