Multiple instance is enabled in Advanced options window of HtmlConverter

Tested OS : All platforms
Tested jdk : Mustang build 24

Steps to reproduce :
1. Launch Html converter
2. Go to Edit=> Options.
Advanced options window will be displayed
Repeat step 2.
another instance of Advanced Options will be displayed

Actual Behaviour : More than one instance is displayed
Expected Behaviour : At any point of time only one instance should be displayed
