5098422 testcase from regression workspace is failing with 1.4.2_XX and also with 1.5.0_xx on windows. This is testcase issue.

Copy Test5098422.sh and Test.java from the following location:

/net/urts071.india/export6/testSuites/Regression/workspace_142/test/CTE_REGTEST/Generic/5098422

Compile Test.java and execute Test5098422.sh. Test will fail with exit code 1.
This test should fail when it sees "Unrecognised VM Option" Exception. But even without this exception test is failing.
