SA: Add a tool for measuring size of interned strings

      It would be usefull to enhance current set of JDK tools with a utility capable to compute size of interned Strings that are kept in perm generation area. This can make information provided by PermStat SA utility more complete as it currently reports only set of class loaders with count and size of classes.
