The class comments for BufferStrategy includes a discussion on stereo
buffering, which is far outside the scope of the BufferStrategy class
(at least as it is currently implemented). The discussion on double buffering
is useful for developers, but the stereo buffering example is confusing
and potentially misleading, so it should simply be removed.
