For mustang, JavaWebStart.dll and deploy.dll shows the product name as Java(TM) 2 Platform Standard Edition

tested os : windows

steps to reproduce :
1. Install mustang jdk build 24
2. go to jre1.6.0\bin
3. right click on JavaWebStart.dll or deploy.dll and choose properties.
4. go to version tab
5. click on product name.
It will show Java(TM) 2 Platform Standard Edition.
All the other dlls will show the product name as Java(TM) 2 Platform Standard Edition 6.0

Expected behaviour :
For JavaWebStart.dll and deploy.dll, product name should be Java(TM) 2 Platform Standard Edition 6.0
