Vladimir Kozlov observed the following intermittent NSK test failures
in c2_baseline and rt_baseline:

    nsk/jvmpi/events/thrstart001
    nsk/jvmpi/events/thrstart002

The tests typically pass on rerun which is why they have been unobserved
in normal nightly analysis.
