Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the jre or jdk installer
2. Click on "accept" button
3. The next dialog has a "cancel" button in the location where the "accept" button was. So if the user is quickly trying to install, they will likely hit cancel by mistake.
Expected behavior: The cancel button should be in the same place as the "decline" button.
