sun.plugin.net.protocol is displayed twice in java.protocol.handler.pkgs property of Java Console

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install mustang build 26
2. Launch any of the browser
3. Launch any applet
4. Go to Tools->Web Development->Java Console
5. Press 's' key to get system and deployment properties
6. Look into system properies

When it shows the value for propery java.protocol.handler.pkgs, sun.plugin.net.protocol is getting printed twice
