The delete button for the JFileChooser is disabled unlike the native for same dir
Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Run SwingSet2 and change the LAF to gtk.
2) Go to FileChooser demo. Click on the show plain file chooser.
3)Now open a File chooser on Native. Go to the same dir as JFileChooser. Notice that the delete button is enabled.
