Items are not scrolled properly in Choice when dragging the mouse inside the drop-down, xtoolkit

I am clicking a Choice and the drop-down appears. Now I am clicking on one of the items and without releasing the left button, I am dragging the mouse up and down. I expect the items to scroll accordingly. That is, when I move the mouse up, the items must scroll down. When I drag the mouse down, items must scroll up. But on XToolkit, items are not at all scrolling down when I move the mouse up (towards the component). Items do scroll up when I move the mouse to the bottom of the choice but only when I keep the mouse at the periphery of the last shown item. Not scrolling when I drag the mouse further down from the drop-down. This is incorrect. Items must scroll properly when the mouse is moved up or down, no matter how much away from the component.

This is reproducible only on XToolkit since Tiger. Not reproducible on Motif and Win32. This is reproducible on Mustang-b26. (I tested this with Solaris9-GNOME)

I have attached a sample test. Execute the sample test. You would see a frame with a choice and a button. Click the choice. A drop-down would appear. Click on any of the items and without releasing the mouse, drag the mouse up / down. If the items are not scrolling properly, the bug is reproduced.
