Java Applet Cache Viewer shows the Expiration Date as 01/01/70 for all the downloaded applets

Tested OS : Windows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install mustang jdk build 27
2. Launch any of the applet. eg Swing Set Demo / Java 2D demo
3. Launch Java Control Panel=>Settings=>View Applets=>Java Applet Cache Viewer
4. Look into the entries

All the cached entries will show the Expiration Date as 01/01/70 05:30 AM
