      Java icon (near window title) is not clearly displayed for Java Control Panel/Java Web Start

      Tested OS : Windows

      Steps to reproduce :

      Install Mustang Jdk build 27 / 28
      Launch Java Control Panel / Java Web Start

      The icon which displays near Window Title is not clear. It does not resemble java logo.

      This is happening from build 27
