Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install JDK1.4.2_03 b02
2) Launch Java Web Start
3) Click on Maximize button
Window maximizes and the maximize button changes to "Restore down"
4) Now click on "Less Detail" or "More Detail" button

"Restore down" button changes to "Maximize" and when tried to restore the window size, it does not restore to the old size. It's still maximized.


Expected Behavior:
------------------
When window maximized and clicked on "Less Detail" or "More Detail" button and then clicked on "Restore" button, the window should restore to old window size


Actual Behavior:
----------------
Window not getting restored to old window size when "Restore" button is clicked after Application Manager window is maximized and clicked on "Less Detail" or "More Detail" button
