Sun/Java/Deployment folders are not getting removed even after jdk is uninstalled
Tested OS : Windows
Steps to reproduce :
====================
1. Install 1.5.0_04 Jdk build 02
2. Launch Java Control Panel.
3. Go to General->Settings->ViewApplets
As soon as Java Applet Cache viewer is launched, the folders Sun/Java/Deployment will get created under windows / winnt folder
4. Uninstall jdk
The folders Sun/Java/Deployment will still be available
