Version is not consistent across deployment components

Tested OS : All
Tested Browser : IE / NS / MZ

Steps to reproduce :
====================
1. Install Mustang jdk build 26
2. Launch Java Control Panel
3. Go to Advanced Tab => Choose Show Console and click Apply
4. Open any of the browser and launch any applet
The java console will display Java Plug-in version as 1.6.0
5. Launch any of the jnlp file (eg., javaws http://bugster.central.sun.com)
The Java console for Java Web Start will display the Java Web Start version as 1.6.0-ea

Expected Behviour :
Version should be consistent
