In 1.4.2_08, Java icon in system tray shows Copyright year as 2003

Tested OS : Windows

Steps to reproduce :
====================
1. Install 1.4.2_08 jdk build 03
2. Launch any browser
3. Launch java console
java icon will be seen in the system tray (right bottom corner of the desktop)
5. Right click on the java icon
5. Choose "About Java Technology" from the menu

It will show the Copyright year as 2003.
