      JAF test javasoft.sqe.tests.api.javax.activation.MimeType.readExternal_Test

      can you clarify what "the normalized parameter value" should be that is returned by ActivationDataFlavor.normalizeMimeTypeParameter().

      Our default implementation simply returns the supplied value; the test is checking for parameterName + "=" + parameterValue
