Remove needless FILES_java.gmk files after converted to AUTO_FILES_JAVA_DIRS

Lots of worthless FILES_java.gmk files floating around. Once conversion AUTO_FILES_JAVA_DIRS is done
these files are not needed... But be careful, some are used in non-obvious ways by makefiles in other
directories. Make sure they are not used first.
