      Readme file is not show up, if you uncheck and check back "Show the readme file" check box at the last step of the Install Wizard.

      Step to reproduce:
      - run windows jdk(jre) installer
      - at the end of jre installation you will see "Show the readme file" check box
      - uncheck it and then check back
      - click finish
      - Readme file is not show up
