A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
Now that SHA1 is has been cracked (at least, it's much easier to do so), we should be able to sign JARs with SHA-512 and varients that increase the complexity of finding collisions.

Jarsigner should allow the use of SHA-512 out-of-the-box.

JUSTIFICATION :
SHA1 is no longer as secure as first thought
