Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install JDK
2) Clean cache
3) Launch javaws (JCP --> "View")
4) Choose "Deleted Applications"
5) click on the empty table space below the combo box repeatedly.

An unnecessary dialog box "cache viewer Re-install Applications" is displayed.

Expected Behavior:
------------------
When no application is selected or when clicked on empty space in the table, "cache viewer Re-install Applications" dialog should not be displayed.
