Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install JDK
2) Clean cache
3) Launch a JNLP Application
(javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/mg.jnlp)
4) Click "View" button to launch Cache Viewer
5) Choose "Applications" and click on the installed Applicaiton
6) Click on "Show the selected Application's JNLP file" (5th icon from left)

Application Descriptor (JNLP File) shows window title as viewer.show.title

Expected Behavior:

Window Title should display a title related to the Application's actual name
