      Bug Description :
For Waiting dialog while re-installing and removing the application should not be a dialog with "Ok" button.

      PIT build Version :
      java version "1.6.0"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.6.0-b99)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20050218022006.et151817.baseline, mixed mode,
      sharing)

      PIT Build Location : http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment5/pit_builds/windows-i586/
      Nightly Location : /net/dig-dug.east/bigtmp/deployment/1.6.0/nightly/2005-04-05/windows-i586/

      O.S/Arc :
      WindowsXP (classic L/F),Intel

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1) Install JRE1.6.0 bundle from above mentioned location
      2) Clean cache
      3) Import notepad application from (http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/swingset2.jnlp).
      4) Launch javaws (JCP --> "View")
      5) Select notepad application listed in cache viewer.
      4) Click the "Remove the selected item(s)" button

Expected Behavior: Splash screen progress bar with cancel button should appear
Actual Behavior : Dialog with "Ok" button appear for instead of progress bar.

The current dialog should be replaced with heart-beat logic used in splash screen progress bar (during waiting) and the progressbar should have "Cancel" button not "Ok" button
