Bug Description :
After installing more then 5 application when Resource option is selected using the combobox the resource table is not loaded with all the resource content and also the table is not getting refreshed when the scrollbars is moved ,the data's are not rendered correctly in the table.

java version "1.6.0"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.6.0-b99)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20050218022006.et151817.baseline, mixed mode,
sharing)

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Install JRE1.6.0 bundle from above mentioned location
2) Launch javaws (JCP --> "View")
3) Import following jnlp applications
a.notepad (http://java.sun.com/products/javawenstart/apps/notepad.jnlp)
b.military(http://java.sun.com/products/javawenstart/apps/military.jnlp)
c.draw(http://java.sun.com/products/javawenstart/apps/draw.jnlp)
d.swingset2(http://java.sun.com/products/javawenstart/apps/swingset2.jnlp)
4) Select Resource option from the combobox

Expected Behavior: All the resource files should be listed in table
Actual Behavior : Rendering is not complete when scroll bar is moved the data's are not visible completely.
