Unable to remove system resources though the remove icon is enabled

Tested build : build 32 (PIT)
Build Location : /net/sqesvr-nfs/global/nfs/deployment5/pit_builds
Tested OS : All

1. Install Jdk PIT build 32
2. Enable system cache
3. Launch notepad application into system cache (javaws -system http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp)
4. Launch java cache viewer
5. Choose System Resources
6. Choose notepad.jnlp and click on remove icon
The dialog pops up and says "Please wait while the items you selected are being removed" but notepad.jnlp is not removed from System Resources and the same entry notepad.jnlp is listed under Deleted Applications also
