Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install JDK
2) Clean cache
3) Launch a JNLP Application
(javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp)
4) Check "Resources"

Some of the elements listed under "Resources" repeats. I could see notepad.gif
listed twice. (Screen shot attached - java_cache_viewer.gif)

Also same behavior is seen for the following scenario:
1) Install JDK
2) Clean cache
3) Launch cache
(javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/mg.jnlp)
4) Delete the selected Application
5) Reinstall from "Deleted Applications".
6) Delete the Application and reinstall twice or more times.
7) Check "Resources"

Some of the elements listed under "Resources" repeats. I could see mg.jpg listed
twice.

Expected Behavior:
------------------
Only the actual resource elements of the Application should be listed. Multiple copies of the same resource should not be listed.

The same behaviour is reproducable for Applications as well.
Multiple copies of same application is getting downloaded.
