The layout being done for tabs with components is not quite right. The tabs are made large enough to encompass the components, but the focus rectangle is always clipped at the top. To see this, compile and run the attached test case. Put focus on one of the tabs with components (the ones with the checkbox or radio buttons show the problem the best). Notice that the top of the focus rectangle is clipped. Interestingly, if you change the preferred size of the components to something larger, the tabs grow, but still the top of the focus rect is clipped.
