Currently the dtrace compiler only runs on Solaris 10, but there is one available that runs
on Solaris 8.

It should be placed in /java/devtools so it can be used during the builkd on the *.d
dtrace files instead of having to SCCS in .o files.
The drace compiler accepts a .d file and generates a .o file.

The Solaris 8 packages should be made available in /java/devtools or some public area.

It was decided that it was a bad idea to use a /java/devtools path for this, installing the package is the preferred way.
