Rotating the mouse wheel over choice drop down not result in scrolling the items in the direction of mouse wheel movement. The scrollbar of the drop down does not move. This is a regression in b33 AWT PIT build. It happens only with XToolkit.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached testcase
2. Click the Choice and rotate the mouse wheel over the drop down. If the items does not scroll, bug is reproduced.
