Bug Description:
Not able to reinstall application from deleted table when the application requires client authentication.
JRE build: PIT build 32
reproducible in 04-11-1005 nightly also
PIT build Version :
java version "1.6.0"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.6.0-b99)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20050218022006.et151817.baseline, mixed mode,
sharing)

Steps to reproduce:
1.Import attached server Certificate client.p12(password:1234) in browser keystore.
2.Import following application
(javaws -import https://client20.india.sun.com:8443/SQA/ShortCut/ShortCut1.jnlp)
3."Warning - Security" dialog will popup click continue
4."Client Authentication" window will popup displaying browser and java keystore certificates
5. Select the one which is imported.
6. "Warning - HTTPS" dialog will popup click ok
application will be imported successfully.
7. Launch javaws cache viewer
8. In application table select the imported jnlp application and delete it.
9. Select the deleted application option from combobox ,it will list the
deleted application .
10 select the application and click Re-Install button
The waiting window will popup and after few seconds it will disappear,now select the application option from combobox the Reinstalled application will not be listed.
