Bug Description:
The CacheViewer hangs when the Cacheviewer is launched after disabling the "Keep temporary files on my computer" option.
PIT build Version :
java version "1.6.0"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.6.0-b99)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20050408114918.et151817.baseline, mixed mode,
sharing)
Build Location : /net/sqesvr-nfs.sfbay/global/nfs/deployment5/pit_builds/windows-i586/jre160_pit.exe
Steps to reproduce:
1.Install jre1.6.0 Pit build 34
2.Import notepad and draw application from following jnlp location
http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp
http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/draw.jnlp)
3.Launch CacheViewer (javaws -viewer)
4.The application notepad and draw will be listed
5.Close the CacheViewer
6.Click "Settings" button in "Temporary Internet Files" in JavaControlPanel.
7.Disable "Keep temporary files on my computer" option.
8.Close the JavaControlPanel.
9.Launch CacheViewer from command prompt (javaws -viewer)
The cache viewer dialog will popup but it will not be rendered properly.
I have attached the screenshot for this scenario.
Launch the cache viewer after enabling the "Keep temporary files on my computer" option the cache viewer will be launched without problem.
