In current implementation of JavaUpdate, users are shown Download/Install
dialog with 'Download'/'Install' & 'Remind Later' buttons. After clicking
on 'Remind Later', users are prompted with another dialog with time choices.
We should take out the second dialog with the time option. Either we should
1. remind after a fixed time(like, after 1 day) Or
2. Don't remind later. Replace 'Remind Later' with 'Cancel'. In that case Update will just have a system tray icon. User can always click on Windows system tray icon to continue with Download/Install.
