Bug Description:
CacheViewer table is not gaining focus when navigated through tab key. component.

Build Info :
java version "1.6.0"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.6.0-b99)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20050415144036.et151817.baseline, mixed mode,
sharing)

Build Location(34 pit respin):
/net/sqesvr-nfs.sfbay/global/nfs/deployment5/pit_builds/windows-i586/jre160_pit.exe

Steps to reproduce:
1.Install the jre1.6.0 34 (respin)pit build from above mentioned location.
2.Import notepad application from following jnlp location
http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp
3.Launch JavacontrolPanel (javacpl) through command prompt.
4.Click View button in "Temporary Internet files"
5.CacheViewer dialog will be displayed.
6.Click on notepad application ,the row will be selected
7.Click Crt + Tab the focus will move to Cancel button
8.Click Tab key till the focus move to Combobox.

now user wants to move to table to select the application by pressing Crt + Tab
when Crt + Tab is pressed focus is not shifted to table.

The Focus is not comming out of the panel.
