ZipInputStream no longer throws ZipException on zero-length entry names

      Since mustang-b29 as result of fixing bug 6234507 ZipInputStream accept zero-length entry-names instead of throwing "java.util.zip.ZipException:
      missing entry name" in previous JDK releases.
      This change has not been submitted/approved as a CCC request.
