When installing the JRE from RPM.bin it does not follow the installation instructions.
Starting the rpm.bin file will display license, ask for agreement, extracts the rpm package and immediatelly run the rpm.
In case you are not root this fails.

Installation instructions are talking about two separate steps:
- run bin, agree with license
- become root and install rpm package extracted in previous step.
