Repainting is not proper when Java cache viewer is launched through Java Control Panel

Tested Build : mustang jdk build 32
Tested Platform : Windows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install jdk/jre build 32
2. Launch Java Control Panel
3. Click view button
Java Cache Viewer is launched
It can be observed that repainting is not proper in Java Cache Viewer window
4. Close Java Control panel
5. Launch Java Cache Viewer using javaws
The Java Cache Viewer is launched properly
